Answer for Expedition Log. Chapter5 : Information and Involvement 1
As you know, I belong to American football team in ICU.
We are now in the season, and we practice, training, fight or manage for win the game and coming back to division 2. However, our team has not so many menbers and oppotunities for practice at the ground as we can win easily. So all our small members have to play important roles for our team and the victry! Therefore, each of members knows our these severe situation so that they are trying their best what they can do under the slogan; "One for all, all for one".
I think "One for all, all for one" is a quite important concept in teamsports.

Yes, "One for all and all for one." That can carry any group far, especially is a serious survival situation like getting back into Division 2!
