Writing Assignment 1

I am a member of the American football club in ICU. As one of the managers of the team, I am supporting the practice each time and managing the team. I really love football and our team, which now belongs to Kantoh collegiate American football League in division 3 though we were in division 2 during last season. Then my long-term vision about our team is to take root in division 2, and this is what our team has never achieved before. In order to get the vision, first, we have to win all the games of this season and be promoted from division 3 to division 2. This is not definitely easy to win all the games because our team is so small and we cannot expect what will happen during the game such as injury, situation of the opponent teams. Suppose that we could come back to division 2, we will play in division 2 again next season and the year after next, too. These are what our team has to do for achieving the aim. In addition, the thing I want to do for achieve the vision is that to fulfill my responsibility as one of the manager, especially as a contact person to OB/OGs and other teams. These are my special post as a manager. I always inform about our team by using mailing list, blog, booklets and so on, and prompt to come to the game and donation. Although my tasks are inconspicuous, I am proud of doing these works for team. Then as one of managers, I want to boost the morale of the team for the victory through what I can do for team. This to fulfill my responsibility is the short-term vision to achieve the long-term vision.
